els CERTIFICATS de BT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir d\u2019ara seran v\u00e0lids els seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/empresa.extranet.gencat.cat\/impresos\/AppJava\/downloadFile.html?idDoc=G346NSIN-156-00.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificat model ELEC-1<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0per a totes les instal\u00b7lacions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/empresa.extranet.gencat.cat\/impresos\/AppJava\/downloadFile.html?idDoc=G346NSIN-303-00.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificat model ELEC-11<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0per a instal\u00b7lacions fotovoltaiques<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/empresa.extranet.gencat.cat\/impresos\/AppJava\/downloadFile.html?idDoc=G346NSIN-304-00.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificat model ELEC-12<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) per a fires\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquests CERTIFICATS han d\u2019anar acompanyats de la seg\u00fcent documentaci\u00f3 que el Titular haur\u00e0 de guardar durant la vida \u00fatil de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PER A NOVES INSTAL\u00b7LACIONS<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instal\u00b7lacions amb projecte<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/empresa.extranet.gencat.cat\/impresos\/AppJava\/downloadFile.html?idDoc=G346NSIN-074-00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Declaraci\u00f3 responsable signada pel titular de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Projecte de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 redactat i signat per un t\u00e8cnic titulat competent (d&#8217;acord amb l&#8217;ap. 3 de la\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2002-18099#ib-4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ITC-BT 04 del Reglament electrot\u00e8cnic per a baixa tensi\u00f3<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Certificat de direcci\u00f3 i acabament d&#8217;obra signat per un t\u00e8cnic titulat competent (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/empresa.extranet.gencat.cat\/impresos\/AppJava\/downloadFile.html?idDoc=G346NSIN-159-00.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Model ELEC-4<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Certificat d&#8217;instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 em\u00e8s per una empresa instal\u00b7ladora habilitada en la categoria i modalitat. que li correspongui en funci\u00f3 del tipus d&#8217;instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/empresa.extranet.gencat.cat\/impresos\/AppJava\/downloadFile.html?idDoc=G346NSIN-156-00.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificat model ELEC-1<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/empresa.extranet.gencat.cat\/impresos\/AppJava\/downloadFile.html?idDoc=G346NSIN-303-00.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificat model ELEC-11<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0<\/span><a amb qualificaci\u00f3 favorable, em\u00e8s per un Organisme de Control d\u2019acord amb l&#8217;apartat 4 de la ITC BT 05 del Reglament electrot\u00e8cnic per a baixa tensi\u00f3 (Organismes de control).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Justificant d\u2019inscripci\u00f3 al RITSIC de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i instruccions d&#8217;\u00fas i manteniment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instal\u00b7lacions amb mem\u00f2ria t\u00e8cnica de disseny<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/empresa.extranet.gencat.cat\/impresos\/AppJava\/downloadFile.html?idDoc=G346NSIN-074-00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Declaraci\u00f3 S\u00f3n aquelles instal\u00b7lacions que requereixen una mem\u00f2ria t\u00e8cnica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instal\u00b7lacions de <\/span><b>classe P<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. S\u00f3n aquelles instal\u00b7lacions que requereixen un projecte t\u00e8cnic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requereixen un projecte t\u00e8cnic (instal\u00b7lacions de classe P):<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) Les instal\u00b7lacions definides al quadre de l&#8217;apartat 3.1 de l&#8217;ITC-BT-04 del REBT, amb l&#8217;excepci\u00f3 dels edificis destinats principalment a habitatges. A l&#8217;efecte de la descripci\u00f3 dels grups s&#8217;ha de considerar la pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima admissible de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) Les instal\u00b7lacions d&#8217;edificis destinats a habitatges que tinguin 20 subministraments o m\u00e9s per edifici.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) Els locals sense risc espec\u00edfic amb una pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima admissible superior a 100 kW.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les instal\u00b7lacions de classe P es classifiquen en P1 i P2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3n instal\u00b7lacions de classe P1 (Requereixen Inspecci\u00f3 INICIAL i PERIODIQUES)<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) Instal\u00b7lacions industrials que requereixen projecte, amb una pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima admissible superior a 100 kW.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) Locals de p\u00fablica concurr\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) Locals amb risc d&#8217;incendi o explosi\u00f3, de classe I, excepte aparcaments i estacionaments de menys de 25 places.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) Locals mullats amb pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima admissible superior a 25 kW.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e) Piscines amb pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima admissible superior a 10 kW.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">f) Quir\u00f2fans i sales d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">g) Instal\u00b7lacions d&#8217;enllumenat exterior amb pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima admissible superior a 5 kW.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">h) Instal\u00b7lacions d&#8217;enlla\u00e7 d&#8217;edificis d&#8217;habitatges de 20 subministraments o m\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i) Instal\u00b7lacions de les estacions de rec\u00e0rrega per a vehicles el\u00e8ctrics, que requereixen l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de projecte per a la seva execuci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3n instal\u00b7lacions de classe P2 les instal\u00b7lacions que no estan incloses en la llista anterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La classificaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 ha de considerar el criteri m\u00e9s restrictiu de tots els elements que la componen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El segon full, no presenta massa canvis respecte de l\u2019anterior, doncs demana les dades pr\u00f2pies de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 que ja es demanaven abans:<\/span>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"grve-element grve-image grve-align-center\" style=\"\">  <div class=\"grve-image-wrapper\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"844\" height=\"754\" src=\"https:\/\/gabinetjm2b.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-21-a-les-9.17.40.png\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gabinetjm2b.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-21-a-les-9.17.40.png 844w, https:\/\/gabinetjm2b.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-21-a-les-9.17.40-300x268.png 300w, https:\/\/gabinetjm2b.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-21-a-les-9.17.40-768x686.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 844px) 100vw, 844px\" \/>   <\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest certificat cal signar-lo digitalment i guardar-ne uns copia original durant 10 anys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el nou certificat NO es demana ni l\u2019Enginyer ni la data de la inspecci\u00f3 INICIAL, que es necess\u00e0ria en tots els de Classe P1.
